At SWT Active, we want you to feel confident in every movement. If your performance gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
